How do I Make a Reservation, Make Payments, and Get the Keys?
To make a reservation, contact Coquina Cottage via telephone at 912.507.9800, or E-mail Rhondda. You may also request a reservation from our website by filling out the information form provided. If Coquina Cottage is available, we will notify you and send a Rental Agreement and Reservation Confirmation that must be signed and returned to us within  14 days of receipt along with your initial payment of 1/2 the rental fee. The balance of the rental fee, plus a $225 security deposit is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. As soon as we receive the balance of the rental, we will mail the combination to the Key Box to you. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, or cashiers' checks.We also accept Mastercard and Visa (a 4% service charge applies). 
What are the Rates, Taxes and Security Deposits?
Rates are listed on this page below the FAQs. While we at Coquina Cottage try to keep all rate information as up-to-date as possible,  published rates are subject to change without notice. All rentals of less than 11 days are subject to the applicable sales taxes: Georgia Sales Tax = 6% + Hotel/Motel Tax = 6%). A  security deposit of $225 is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival and will be refunded within 30 days of vacating rental as long as there is no property damage, theft or excessive cleaning required. Upon your check-out, the housekeeper will ensure that the property is left in good order.
What Dates Qualify for Holiday Rates?
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day are rented at the PEAK season prices.
What is the Minimum Stay Required?
Coquina Cottage offers Weekly, Nightly, and Monthly rentals and is available primarily on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day (Peak Season). We offer Saturday-Saturday rentals for most of the year; please call for details.  We also offer nightly rentals primarily during the OFF season. If the property is available for a Last Minute Reservation, you may be able to reserve that property on a nightly basis during the PEAK season. The minimum stay for all nightly rentals is four (4) nights during the Peak season, and three (3) nights during Off peak.
What is the Maximum Occupancy Allowed?
The number of guests occupying Coquina Cottage is limited to six (6) with the exception of an infant requiring a crib.
What are the Check-In/Out Times?
Check-in time is 4 PM EST and check-out time is 11 AM EST unless otherwise specified.   These times are mandatory as we must have time to clean and replenish linens and other supplies prior to the arrival of our other guests. Your cooperation in arriving and leaving on time is greatly appreciated.
What Housekeeping services are provided?
Coquina Cottage will be equipped with bed linens, towels and bath and kitchen amenities.  Our housekeeper will have cleaned before check-in and will clean after you check out.
What About the Furnishings found at Coquina Cottage?
Coquina Cottage is privately owned and furnished. The descriptions were accurate at the time of printing or posting of any advertising, but subsequent renovations by the Owner may result in changes.
What Type of Maintenance is Provided?
Coquina Cottage makes every effort to keep the equipment and appliances in working order.  Repairmen may enter the property during business hours for the repair, care or maintenance of the property.  We will do our best to have any malfunction repaired quickly.
Is Smoking Allowed?
Coquina Cottage is NON SMOKING, however smoking on outdoor porches is permitted.
What If I Have to Cancel My Reservation?
In case of a cancellation more than 30 days prior to your reservation for a weekly or monthly rental, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the payment.  If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of reservation and we are unable to rent the property for the cancelled period, we will not be able to refund your fees, but we will apply such payment as a credit towards a rental at a future available date.
Are Spring Break Parties Allowed?
There are ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED! Coquina Cottage has a “No-Group” Policy, which includes but is not limited to the following: school, fraternal, spring break, graduation, prom, or wedding parties. We reserve the right to immediately terminate occupancy without refund if this should occur. Use of the premises by a group produces too much wear and tear on the property.
TERMINATION OF RENTAL
Coquina Cottage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue occupancy if, in its opinion, the guest is detrimental to the property.
